Since 2013, the Indonesian government has made some policy changes to improve the ownership of legal identity. AIPJ Baseline Study on Identity AIPJ in 2013 showed that, many people still assume that high cost of the arrangement, the location is too far, and also still a lot of people do not know how to get it and assume that the process was too complicate to get legal identity.
