Electronic books on research findings available online
AIPJ together with its partners have published electronic books that can be read online through the AIPJ and Supreme Court's websites.
One of the e-books examines the Chief Justice's Decree on Public Service Standard that was issued by the Supreme Court in 2012. The aim of the decree is to improve court's administration, legal assistance, information services and complaint handling. The book contains a report on a survey conducted to comprehensively map court's public services based on user satisfaction in 13 cities, including 27 courts and 1,546 respondents. The survey was conducted by the Center for Indonesian Law and Policy Studies in collaboration with the Supervisory Body of Supreme Court and involved local partners, such as academics, civil society organisations, and students. It was supported by the Australia-Indonesia Partnership for Justice.
