AIPJ and partners publish electronic books on research findings

AIPJ together with our partners published electronic books that could be read online through AIPJ and Supreme Court's website. One of them talks about the Chief Justice's Decree on Public Service Standard which was issued by the Supreme Court in 2012. The goal was to improve court's administration, legal assistance, information services and complaint handling. The book contains a survey report conducted by the Center for Indonesian Law and Policy Studies in collaboration with the Supervisory Body of Supreme Court and involving local partners: academics, CSO, and students, with support from the Australia Indonesia Partnership for Justice (AIPJ). The survey aims to comprehensively map court's public services based on user's satisfaction. The survey was conducted in 2013 in 13 cities, including 27 courts and 1546 respondents.
